Template #7 by Scrapity Scrap Here
DSB Flux
Diamond of choice
Font of choice
Tube of choice or the one I used if you have it. It was given out in one of CILM 's promos I don't think it's for sale
but any tube will do

Ready? Let's Begin

1- Open the Template - Windows Duplicate - Close out the original

2- Working from the bottom up on the Template - Click on Raster 2 - Selections - Float -
Selections - Defloat - Open a new Layer - Flood fill with a color from your tube -
I chose the color #e50000 - Selections - Select None

3- Go to Effects - Pluggins - DSB Flux - Bright Noise - Settings Mix 70

4- Click on Raster 5 on the Template - Selections - Select All - Selections - Float -
Selections - Defloat

5- Open Paper 24 - Copy and Paste it over - Selections - Invert - Delete

6- Click on Raster 6 - Selections - Select All - Open a new Layer - Flood Fill it Color #e50000
or color from your tube - Selections - Invert - Delete

7- Open Element 76 - Resize it - Copy and Paste it over - See Mine - Erase any excess with your
Eraser Tool - Add a Drop Shadow

8- Click on Raster 8 - Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat

9- Open a new Layer - Flood Fill it Black - Selections - Invert - Delete

10- On this same Black Layer - Go back to Selections - Select All - Selections - Float -
Selections - Defloat

11- Open your Tube - Copy and Paste it over - Position it - See mine - Slections - Invert - Delete
Lower the Opacity to about 55

12- Open Element 55 Doodle- Resize it - C&P it over - Place at the Top Left hand sid of the Template -
Erase the excess with your Eraser Tool - Add a DS - Duplicate - Image - Flip - Place
at the right hand bottom Right side of the Template - See mine

13- Open your Diamond of choice - Resize it if needed- Copy & Paste it over - Add add DS -
Duplicate 11 xs yikes! lol - arrange on the Template - See mine again

14- Click on Raster 4 - Go to the Forground on your Materials - And change the color to
Color #33a0eb - Close the Background

15- Go to your Preset Shape Tool - Find the Elipse Shape - Line Style Diamond - Width 5
Draw out a Circle - See Mine - The same size as the Original Dashed Circle - Convert To Raster -
Delete the Original Dashed Circle - Now Draw out 2 More Circles - See Mine Again -

16- Go to Effects - Pluggins - DSB Flux - Bright Noise - Mix 70 - Add a DS - Apply this same action
to the other 2 Diamond Circles

17- Go back to your Tube - Resize it - Copy & Paste it over - Add a DS - See Mine Once More

18- Close your White Background Layer and Merge Visable

19- Add the ©

20- Add your Name

21- Delete the White Background Layer and save as a PNG
